If you choose the installment plan, you start with a lower upfront cost and pay monthly. Ownership of the website transfers to you after 12 months. After that point, payments reduce to £59/mo, which covers ongoing hosting, maintenance, updates, and software licensing.
Either way, if you ever choose to move to another provider, you can take your website with you.
